7th Annual TerpSys Golf Classic - September 18, 2006

The TerpSys Golf Classic is a one-day event to benefit those with Brain Injury. TerpSys, along with HIRRS, will bring together community leaders and representatives to support individuals with brain injury, along with their family members in a charity golf tournament. Your contribution will assist our ongoing efforts to educate the public, decrease the occurrence of brain injury and to support our programs and services. Without specialized rehabilitation, individuals face a future of significantly decreased quality of life. Family members face disruption of the family system and emotional upheaval. Rehabilitation designed to meet the specialized needs of individuals with acquired brain injury and their families can significantly improve their quality of life and outlook for the future.

1st Annual HIRRS Texas Hold'em Charity Night - March 24, 2006

We at HIRRS would like to thank all those who participated in the HIRRS Texas Holdem Charity Event held at Tyson’s Corner Marriott on March 24, 2006.

We especially would like to send an extended thank you to our wonderful Royal Flush Sponsors, Russell Rosenblum of Rosenblum & Associates; Tyrone Grandberry of M&T Bank, along with long time supporters of HIRRS, TerpSys, BB&T Bank, Morton’s Steakhouse, P.F.Changs, Frank & Faye Duggan. With your support, this event raised nearly $30,000 for Head Injury Rehabilitation and Referral Services, Inc. (HIRRS).

6th Annual TerpSys Golf Classic - October 3, 2005

Wow!! What a tremendous year we had at the TerpSys 6th Annual Golf Tournament to Benefit Head Injury Rehab. (HIRRS). As we set our goal high, at our kick-off meeting of raising $75,000 towards those individuals suffering from Traumatic Brain Injury. The committee focused on the task at hand, as we were able to surpass our goal of $75,000.

We can't thank our major supporters enough for their commitment and time. The support we have gained over the years from TerpSys (Ed Woods) as our Title Sponsor, and our organizer on this project, has been nothing short of amazing. HIRRS would like to thank the strong devotion from Rosenblum & Associates, Sheer Partners, Capitol Drywall, Inc., BB&T Bank and M&T Bank for being the engine that drove us over the top of our goal.

Most importantly we would like to thank the Volunteers and Community for their support of this wonderful event. We hope to see everyone back again next year, as we promise to make it more exciting.
